Complementary health and theraputic massage

Therapeutic massage involves the applying of pressure, motion, or vibration to the soft tissues of the body to aid healing from injury, manage pain, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduce stress and induce a state of relaxation.

There are many types and styles of therapeutic massage and I offer aromatherapy, reflexology, remedial massage, seated acupressure massage, facials and also waxing. You can find more details on all these treatments here on my website.

Once you know what treatment you want please call me to book an appointment. Or alternatively, give me a call to discuss what treatment would be best for you.
